Payment schedule
50% of the total amount is due at time of reservation.
The remaining amount is to be paid 30 day(s) before arrival.

Notes
Children’s Rates
Children under 2 years old stay free of charge.
Children ages 2–12 are $100 per child, per night.
Please note that children’s rates will be adjusted manually after your booking request is submitted to us. The updated total will be reflected in your final booking confirmation.
CANCELLATIONSÂ
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. The effective cancellation date is the date Villa Colibrà receives the written notice.
- 60 days or more before arrival: 100% refund of amounts paid, less non-refundable payment-processing fees.
- 30-59 days before arrival: 50% of the total reservation amount is non-refundable. Any amount paid above 50% will be refunded.
- Less than 30 days before arrival: the reservation is non-refundable.
- No-show or early departure: no refund is provided for unused nights, meals, or included services.
One-time date-change credit: At Villa ColibrÃ's discretion, a Guest cancelling 30-59 days before arrival may request that the non-refundable portion be applied as a one-time credit toward a future stay completed within 12 months of the original check-in date. The change is subject to availability and any rate increase. The credit has no cash value, is non-transferable, and may not be applied to an existing reservation.
Guests are strongly encouraged to purchase travel insurance covering cancellation, interruption, illness, weather, transportation disruption, and other unforeseen circumstances.
